| 1. Introduction
KRC¡¯s corporate website is a window which provides business information to the general public. This makes it possible that the outsiders come to know about the refinery, and our own employees can also communicate with each other in such a way. For the purpose of regulating well and ensuring its smooth operation, we issue the following regulation for execution.
This regulation is applicable for managing KRC¡¯s corporate website which includes both English and Chinese version.
3. Management Committee
Head: Technical Division Managers
Members: I.T Center, Administration Dept., TE Dept., HSE Dept. and HR Dept.
4.1 Head of the committee is responsible for the overall management and related coordination tasks.
4.2 IT Center will be in charge of technical issues, site maintenance and managing the following topics, ¡°Home¡±, ¡°About us¡± , ¡°BBS¡± and ¡°E-mail¡±.
4.3 Administration Department will look after ¡°News center¡± and ¡°Communication &Cooperation¡±.
4.4 TE Department will look after the ¡°Products and Service¡± section.
4.5 HSE Department¡¯s responsibility is to manage the ¡°HSE¡±.
4.6 HR Department will take responsibility for ¡°Human Resource¡±.
5. Contents and Measures
5.1 Information of website shall be updated timely.
5.2 The relevant departments shall assign 1 or 2 engineers for the website management.
5.3 All departments shall cooperate with each other and provide the person or dept. as much messages as possible for information gathering.
5.4 News update:
All shall be sent to administration department first, then checked and approved by administration department manager. It can be released on the website afterwards.
5.5 Topics Update:
Only if contents are necessary to be updated, they should be confirmed and signed by the department managers officially before delivering to IT center.
5.6 All staff are welcome to contribute the news happened within KRC or about petroleum industry appeared in other media.
5.7 Except for dirty and violent wordings, welcome all staff to logon BBS to exchange their information with each other about production, technology, management and living style, etc.
6. Stimulation Policy
6.1 The best performer in the committee will be selected and awarded an amount of US$100.00- US$300.00 on a three-month basis.
6.2 If an article written by KRC staff is adopted, the author will be paid US$20.00- US$30.00.
6.3 If an article from outside sources is applied, the provider will be given US$10.00- US$20.00.
6.4 In each quarter, the top three subscribers sending messages on BBS (either English or Chinese version) will be given US$100.00- US$300.00 as a bonus.
7. Effective Dates
The regulation will be effected from April 1, 2010 onward.
